The team that developed the Shangri-La in both
Vancouver and Toronto has teamed up with
institutional property owner Ivanhoe Cambridge and
have submitted a rezoning
application to the City of Vancouver for redevelopment of the 11
hectare site at the corner of Cambie and West 41st Avenue to include
2,800 residential units.
