Hello from Amalfi
Yes, that was me on the Prince's Building -
Mandarin flyover
Landed solidly back in Hong Kong with the
purpose to attend the memorial service of the late
Sydney Leong. And lucky to hosted by fellow blogger
and good friend Ivy
at a special dinner.
 
We sampled the following wines that evening:
Il Mormoreto 2007, Il Borro 2007, Oreno 2001, Oreno 2006, Oreno 2009 and
2010.
We were personally attended to by the vineyard
owner when our surprise guest showed up for the last course of dinner.
We cannot say who but suffice to say, only in Hong Kong, and only at
Peter Lam's Domani could such an event have happened. Well,
maybe the Dorchester in London...

Moved from Merzouga in the Sahara to
Taroudant. Just did the souk & will rest by the pool for this afternoon.
Staying in an ancient Pasha's palace. On to Essaouira tomorrow.
I could not be more proud -
there are so many layers to this street scene in Fez. Some gallery
should be displaying her works. Nadine is a talented photographer.
